The initial consultation

If we both feel a first meeting would be helpful, we will arrange a mutually convenient time where we can explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get from it.  This helps us come to a shared understanding of where you want to focus.

Fees

• £55 – £65 for a 50-minute individual weekly session
• £40 for a 2hr weekly group session – block of 10 weeks (Please contact to note interest)

All fees include use of art materials.

I offer a small number of appointments at a reduced rate for people on reduced incomes, students and for trainee therapists.

For the past two years I have been working with groups and individuals in art therapy using the Zoom online platform and the telephone.  I have undertaken training to support this process with the Online Therapy Institute (2020)

My professional association is the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT) of which I am a full member, and I am regulated by the professional body, Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

I have monthly clinical supervision to support me in the work that I do.  Confidentiality is held within supervision. I am committed to continuous professional development, and regularly update my training, ensuring that I uphold HCPC standards of practice.

In private practice, I offer face to face, telephone, and online art psychotherapy.
